Oak Point Art Society (OPAS) was organized July, 2004. (Read the History)
OPAS strives to encourage artistic expressions in our community. It is the prime purpose of our organization to facilitate bi-annual art exhibits to:
" seek to further community participation in and appreciation for the visual arts
" provide opportunities for developing artists' skills and expression
" offer fellowship with people of similar interests
Our bi-annual
art shows represent the all-media work of a dynamic group of artists that
range from beginner to award-winning professionals.
